New trends are emerging in the way we develop software. Distributed agility is a must. Requirements need to be captured in different way. Right information architecture is a must for all software documentation. Test first is the way to go. Knowledge needs to de-centralized to make it more scalable. Tools must be created to improve speed of human thinking. Software costs have to be re-worked based on option pricing models.
